Once again, summer is racing upon us and things are heating up around our camps. This is going to be an exciting year and we can’t wait. Last summer numerous campers accepted Christ for the first time and were baptized into God’s kingdom at our camps. WOW! What a glorious sight that was! Our missionaries and lay leaders are anticipating what this year will bring and we are excited to see what God will do through His ministry this year.
It is our joy to have a camp ministry that provides quality Christian activities and Bible study. We believe that God has a good plan for every child’s life. Our missionaries and lay leaders are dedicated to help each child reach his/her greatest God-given potential. We believe that our Christian youth will have a great influence on our future communities throughout Russia. It is our prayer that these young people will not only learn how to be successful in this world, but most will come to know Jesus personally and experience the joy of salvation and service to Him.
Programs with a Purpose
Activities include swimming, hiking, crafts, singing, camp-outs, cook-outs, group games, creek-play, campfires, fishing, group challenge courses, evening devotional programs, daily work duties, service projects, Bible study and much more.
Goals
- To ensure that each camper understands what it means to be loved as a child of God and to treat others as children of God.
- To share the Good News of Jesus Christ
- To help lay a foundation for a personal relationship with God
- To Have FUN!
Outreach
Over the last few years, this ministry has grown significantly. Homeless children from the city streets, at-risk teens, abandoned children from orphanages, needy children from remote villages, and unchurched youths— all are welcomed. There is never a charge for this life-changing event. God reaches them all through the power of His Word and the “still, small voice” of His Spirit is in the setting of our encampments.
Staff
We are very proud of our excellent summer staff of counselors and support staff. They are hired on the basis of their Christian character, their ability to share their faith and teach camp skills, their love of activity and outdoors, and their commitment to helping children and youth.
Campers come away with more than just a week of fun. Lasting friendships with Christian peers develop. At our camps, children will find a counselor who cares about them, and about their hopes and dreams. They discover that God is not nearly so distant.

One week of summer camp can change a child’s life forever.The orphans of Russia, Ukraine and Moldova live in impoverished and deprived conditions. They struggle everyday with their physical and spiritual needs; but, this summer they can get some special attention, some extra love and affection, good food, and lots of fun! At the same time, they can have a chance to learn about our awesome God and how much He loves them.
Our summer camp theme is: “Smile! Jesus Loves You!”
